Board of Directors

The Board of Directors oversees TANECU’s mission and ensures we are fulfilling our commitment to our farmers.

  • Chairperson
    Provides leadership for the board, represents TANECU in public matters, and facilitates strategic decision-making.

  • Vice-Chairperson
    Assists the Chairperson in leadership duties and steps in when the Chairperson is unavailable.

  • Treasurer
    Manages TANECU’s financial planning, budgeting, and ensures financial transparency and accountability.

  • Secretary
    Handles meeting documentation, records minutes, and ensures proper communication among board members.

Executive Management Team

Responsible for the daily operations and execution of TANECU’s strategic plans.

  • Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
    Provides overall leadership, develops strategic initiatives, and oversees day-to-day operations to ensure alignment with TANECU’s vision.

  • Chief Operating Officer (COO)
    Manages operational functions, including farm support programs and resource management, to ensure high-quality member services.

Member Services Team

Dedicated to providing direct support to our farmers and addressing their needs.

  • Member Relations Manager
    Serves as the primary point of contact for farmers, addressing inquiries, organizing events, and ensuring farmer satisfaction.

  • Agricultural Extension Officers
    Provides on-the-ground support, conducts training sessions, and offers guidance on best farming practices.

  • Training Coordinator
    Develops training programs and workshops to educate farmers on sustainable farming, market trends, and financial literacy.

Support Staff

  • Administrative Assistant
    Supports office functions, manages communications, and assists with documentation and scheduling.
